By marrying a big nonstick electric griddle to a big nonstick covered skillet, this countertop cooking combination offers big versatility to families, college students, and small households with limited kitchen space. Sautéing, frying, stir-frying, deep-frying, simmering, and braising are all within the griddle-and-skillet's reach.
